Oriental Wise Educational Consultancy was founded in 2010. We offer professional educational services to students and professionals mainly in the UAE and China, including educational consulting service, studying in Dubai, studying in China, university application, Dubai primary and secondary schools application, setting up branches for the Chinese universities and educational institutions, Sino-Arab cultural exchange, Sino-Arab educational exchange programs, company trainings, Chinese language and culture training, legal translation, etc.
Jenny Zhou is Managing Director of the OWEC .  She holds a Master's degree in International Marketing and Communications from the University of Warwick, one of the UK’s leading universities. She also has rich overseas working experiences: three years in the UK, three years in Singapore, and eight years in Dubai. Led by Jenny, the OWEC has successfully helped more than 200 Chinese students to study in Dubai every year, which is a dramatic change comparing to no one coming to Dubai to study several years ago. OWEC has gained full trust and good reputation among the Chinese community in the UAE as well as in China by providing professional educational consultation. It has become the best and the only Chinese study abroad agency in the UAE accredited by KHDA with high credibility and excellent service quality. The center has also successfully assisted the students from Middle East to study in China. 
In addition to its core service mentioned above, our company is also committed to the Sino-Arab education and culture cooperation and training programs. In the near future, the center will further focus on the various superior resources from China and UAE to build a Sino-Arab straightway education service network.
