Established in 2010, Oriental Wise Educational Consultancy is the only professional Sino-UAE educational consultancy. SERVICES
MARKETING
OWEC provides marketing service to both government and institutions. We assist the relevant Dubai government departments with their marketing and research activities; interact with Overseas Chinese Federation, China Daily Newspaper (Middle East edition) and Phoenix satellite television in the Middle East; and provide marketing services for colleges, universities and institutes of Dubai in Chinese markets, including representing them to participate in the education exhibitions in China, offering teachers training and academic cooperation programs.

Ms. Tongtong Zhou holds a Master of International Marketing and Communication from University Warwick and a Master of Education Management from Middlesex University Dubai. She has three years' experience in the UK, three years' experience in Singapore, and ten years' experience in Dubai.

Mr. Xin Liu holds a MBA from University of Wollongong and a Master of Education from Murdoch University. He has ten years' experience in Dubai.

Ms. Virgina Dong holds a MBA from University of Hull. Based in our Shanghai office, she has six years' experience in this industry.
